Ok I found my nerve to post these pics...but ONLY because I know I am going to complete this program as many times as I need in order to be fit and healthy. I think this will only make me work harder so that I can replace these awful pictures.

Well I certainly have not posted anything since my first post. I guess I forget about this thing to be honest. I have still been going strong with my BFL program. I am "officially" on week 3 now but since I've actually started I'm on day 30. This is the absolutel longest I have ever exercised in my life...and I love it. Still going as strong as I was in the beginning. I'm not sure I've even followed a diet plan this long before. This is GOING to happen this time. I have not strayed on the nutrition once....I did change my free day from Sunday to Friday last week because the hubby had some vacation time and the mother in law had the kids so we went out...but still loving the food program. I did, however, miss my first (and hopefully only) workout on Sunday (Easter) last week. Not really sure what my excuse was except for Heather (my oldest) was really stressing me out all weekend. She was sick with a horrible cold and boy when she's miserable the whole world has to be miserable! I don't wish teenagers on anyone!!!

Have horrible cramps this week but I WILL get on that treadmill soon as I get the kids to school this morning and I will push it as far as I can. I've been doing an extra 5 minutes on there every treadmill day and hoping to bump it to 30 minutes soon....upping the intensity as well.

We have a new home gym as of this weekend and it's out in the back room and we've now turned that room into our "fitness room". So far it's just the home gym and the treadmill out there...but soon as we move a few more things out of the way we will get the recumbent bike and the weight bench and free weights out there too. It'll be nice to have it all in one area and OUT of my sewing room. I've hung some fitness posters out there and going to get a radio/cd player for out there maybe this morning. This summer we will put a new ceiling out there so it should be a pretty nice room by the end of the summer.

Well...kids are almost ready for school...gotta get the dogs outside and do a couple other things before I drop them off. Drinking my Results thermogenic drink to get pumped up for my workout...this is only my 2nd one but they seem pretty good and haven't been real jittery on them yet. I will try to stay more consistent on my blog after this and try to get my before pics up (if I can get the nerve up).

This time it's for real. I actually started this body for life challenge on March 24 but then got my "official" bfl papers and "officially" started April 7...so let's just say I got a 2 week head start. This feels different than any other time I've tried to lose weight...I can really see it happening this time and I'm more positive than I've ever been. I've also been 100% faithful to the eating and the exercise and intend to stay that way. I'll be posting my feelings about where I'm at thru-out the challenge and maybe some meal plans and exercise plans.

OMG did I ever have a wonderful workout on the treadmill this morning!! I went for 30 minutes instead of 20...upped the intensity 5 times instead of 4. I actually ran twice which is more than I can ever say I've done before...and I feel great. I tried one of those Results thermogenic drinks before and during the workout and I must say it really does help and so far no jitters.
